A woman who breastfed her baby while driving at 65mph on a motorway has been sentenced to three months house arrest. Catherine Donkers, 29, from Michigan, said her husband had ordered her to breastfeed their seven-month-old daughter to save time. Donkers told the court she had done nothing wrong because the couple's religious beliefs require her to obey her husband, and that as head of the household he was the only person entitled to punish her. The couple belong to the First Christian Fellowship for Eternal Sovereignty.
